Choosing a wife

From My InBox:

A man wanted to get married. He was having trouble choosing among three likely candidates. He gives each woman a present of $5,000 and watches to see what they do with the money.

The first does a total makeover. She goes to a fancy beauty salon, gets her hair done, new makeup; buys several new outfits and dresses up very nicely for the man. She tells him that she has done this to be more attractive for him because she loves him so much.

The man was impressed.

The second goes shopping to buy the man gifts. She gets him a new set of golf clubs, some new gizmos for his computer, and some expensive clothes. As she presents these gifts, she tells him that she has spent all the money on him because she loves him so much.

Again, the man is impressed.

The third invests the money in the stock market She earns several times the $5,000. She gives him back his $5,000 and reinvests the remainder in a joint account. She tells him that she wants to save for their future because she loves him so much.

Obviously, the man was impressed.

The man thought for a long time about what each woman had done with the money he'd given her.

Then he married the one with the biggest tits.

Men are like that, you know.

There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.
If you don't send this to five OLD friends right away there will be five fewer people laughing in the world

Get that pay increment!

No, I don't know how you can get your pay increased but this joke may inspire you some...?

From My InBox:

Our maid asked for a pay increase.

My wife was very upset about this and decided to talk to her about the raise.
They had a conversation to this effect, in private.

She asked: 'Now Maria, why do you want a pay increase?'

Maria: 'Well, Mom, there are three reasons why I want an increase.

The first is that I iron better than you.'

Wife: 'Who said you iron better than me?'
Maria: 'Sir said so.'
Wife: 'Oh.'

Maria: 'The second reason is that I am a better cook than you.'
Wife: 'Nonsense, who said you were a better cook than me?'
Maria: 'Sir did.'

Wife: 'Oh.'

Maria: 'My third reason is that I am a better lover than you.'
Wife: (really furious now) 'Did my husband say that as well?'

Maria: 'No Mom ...the driver did.'

Wife: 'So how much do you want?'

Telephone bill

From My InBox:

The phone bill was exceptionally high and the man of the house called a
 Family meeting...on a Saturday morning...after breakfast...

Dad: People this is unacceptable. You have to limit the use of the
phone. I do not use this phone, I use the one at the office.

Mum: Same here, I hardly use this home telephone as I use my work
 telephone

Son: Me too, I never use the home phone. I always use my company mobile

Maid: So - what is the problem? We all use our work telephone !!!!!!!!!!

Fight crime with...

Check out what you can capture if you have a video surveillance camera installed in your car.

That's the modus operandi of snatch thieves on motorbike.

Maybe it is a good idea for car manufacturers to consider installing one in all cars to help cut down crime.  Owners can post any crime scenes captured on public network like YouTube or on sites provided by the car manufacturers themselves.

Though you may not be able to identify the culprits from the video to have them convicted, at least you can learn how not to be the next target by not repeating the mistakes made by past victims.

Let's fight crime with in-car video survillance camera.

A Straight forward prayer

From My InBox:

HOLY prayer For 2011

Dear Lord:

All I ask for is a big fat bank account and a slim body.

Please do not mix up the two like you did last year.

  ~Amen~

The Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT lines

If you are into property investment, the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project’s Sungai Buloh-Kajang line should interest you.

You can pick up more information about it by visiting Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit for Display Material, where you can view this video clip about the project.

You can also find a map with facts and figures to show you how the lines will be running through the estates involved.

Infact, you can up pick lots of feedback from the public by googling about it because many people are talking about how this project will be affecting their current or future investments, be it for residential or commercial purposes.  That is how I managed to locate link to this map to blog about.

But take it from me.  If you want to know more about making the right choices in property investment, try googling "michael tan property" instead.  If you like what you are reading about him and what he is up to, you can find him at Freeman.

Our Man from The Punjab is back

From My InBox:

A Sardar furniture dealer decided that he wanted to expand the line of furniture in his store, so he decides to go to Paris to see what he could find. After arriving in Paris (this being his first trip ever to the French capital), he met with some manufacturers and finally selected a new range of furniture that he thought would sell well back home in PUNJAB . To celebrate the new acquisition, he decides to visit a pub and have a glass of wine. As he sat down enjoying his wine, soon enough, a very beautiful attractive young lady came to his table, asked him something in French (which he did not understand), and motioned toward the chair.

He invited her to sit down. He tried to speak to her in PUNJABI-HINDI- ENGLISH but she did not speak or know any of these languages. So, after a couple of minutes of trying to communicate with her, he took a napkin and drew a picture of a wine glass and showed it to her. She nodded, and he ordered a glass of wine for her. After sitting together at the table for a while, he took another napkin, and drew a picture of a plate with food on it, and she nodded.
They left the pub and found a quiet cafe that featured a small group playing romantic music. They ordered dinner, after which he took another napkin and drew a picture of a couple dancing. She nodded, and they got up to dance.

They danced until the cafe closed and the band was packing up. Then, after they were back at their table, the young lady took a napkin and drew a picture of a bed.

Till this day, the Sardar is trying to figure out how she knew he was in the furniture business.
