What about this fossilized piece? If you think someone may have made this one up, you are right. The “Fossilized Fairy” is one of “sideshow gaffs” created by internationally active and respected artist, Takeshi Yamada in Brooklyn, New York and it won him first prize at the 2006 Photo Hoax Contest.
