Pamukkale in Turkey
Pamukkale means Cotton Palace and it is located in Turkey. Its landscape is made up of mineral forests, petrified waterfalls and a series of terraced basins. The ruins of baths, temples and other Greek monuments established at the end of the 2nd century B.C. by the dynasty of the Attalids, the kings of Pergamon can be seen at the site.
No wonder it is on the World Heritage's list.
