YoYo flight fare? What's that?

As fuel costs keep rising airlines may start treating passengers `like freight'. When that happens, it means that your ticket value will fluctuate with your weight.

This will be good news for model-thin passengers. And think about corporation running on a budget. They may no longer be hiring heavy weights in the executive level as it will be too costly to fly them out on business trips.

Sumo wrestlers will no longer be flying out to foreign countries for competition. The wrestlers will be taking boat rides out to a selected venue in the middle of the ocean for matches.

Taking flights for the weight conscious could well be like being in a "Fear Factor" reality show. Dare you stand on the scale and declare your weight to determine your fare?

So, where did I get this news from?

It is only me rambling when I read "Airlines May Start Treating Passengers `Like Freight'", a Bloomberg article, a friend emailed me.

So, don't worry (yet) if you are on the heavy side. I read that all major airlines are not into this idea (yet).
