Learning from Dr Aniruddha Malpani, MD to make full use of teachable moments, I discovered the best time is when we are watching my children's favourite TV series, "The Nanny".
There are many sexual innuendos in the lines of the cast that need explaining so I could easily throw in some information about sex in a very relax manner.
