The Alcat Test for food allergies

Are there any food or chemical you are sensitive to? If you have no idea, see if you have any of the following symptoms:

* Migraine Headaches
* Chronic Fatigue
* Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
* Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
* Eczema and other skin disorders
* Asthma and other respiratory problems
* Weight Gain and Obesity
* Arthritis
* Fibromyalgia

According to Roger Deutsch, founder and CEO of Cells Science Systems Ltd, food intolerance can create:

1) metabolic disorders
2) inflammatory diseases
3) behavioural problems with children

So, how do you identify "trigger foods" that may be affecting you. Try the Alcat Test, a simple blood test, which he has developed since 1986.

You can find testing agents providing this test in your own country. In Malaysia you can go to

I discovered "What is your 'trigger food'?" written by Chai Mei Ling on New Straits Times.

If being overweight is an issue with you, you may also be interested in reading "Slimming The Healthy Way" which records how my sister lost 12kg within two months.
